We offer a 7-day return policy across Pakistan, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
✅ Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Must include original packaging and tags
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

- Incorrect item received
❗ Damaged or Wrong Items
Please check your parcel at the time of delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- A wrong item
Contact us immediately with pictures or video proof, and we will resolve the issue quickly.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Personal care & beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
- Used items
- Sale/discounted items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different product:
- Return the original item
- Place a new order after approval
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified about approval
- If approved, refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
💳 Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
(COD orders may be refunded via bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa)
